Kiki started traveling on her own when she was 19 years old. This brought her to many different parts of the world, from tribal communities in Latin America, Freedivers in Thailand, Yogi’s in Bali to Cold addicts in The Netherlands and Iceland.
After three years of studying Psychology and a particularly traumatic episode, which caused her to suffer incessant panic attacks and nightmares, profoundly impacting her ability to cope with life, she realized that she was looking for a more holistic approach on the mind and body and its connection. This lead her to study Nutrition, with a focus plant-based living.
At this moment she is training to become a Wim Hof Method Instructor. Within this journey, she aims to motivate other people to step out of their comfort zone and experience the great benefits the cold can have on mind andd body. (Article link)
